Shaker Swamp is bringing the community together to
think about the Swamp's potential for New Lebanon.

possibility of public access and a boardwalk through
parts of the Swamp would offer
opportunities for historical tourism, education, nature
walks, birding, recreation right in the center of
town. There
is much work to be done before this dream becomes
